【摘要】:ThispartoftheIEC61508seriesa)isintendedtobeusedonlyafterathoroughunderstandingofIEC61508-1,whichprovidestheoverallframeworkfortheachievementoffunctionalsafety;b)appliestoanysafety-relatedsystem,asdefinedbyIEC61508-1,thatcontainsatleastoneelectrical,electronicorprogrammableelectronicelement;c)appliestoallelementswithinanE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystem(includingsensors,actuatorsandtheoperatorinterface);d)specifieshowtorefinetheE/E/PEsystemsafetyrequirementsspecification,developedinaccordancewithIEC61508-1(comprisingtheE/E/PEsystemsafetyfunctionsrequirementsspecificationandtheE/E/PEsystemsafetyintegrityrequirementsspecification),intotheE/E/PEsystemdesignrequirementsspecification;e)specifiestherequirementsforactivitiesthataretobeappliedduringthedesignandmanufactureoftheE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems(i.e.establishestheE/E/PEsystemsafetylifecyclemodel)exceptsoftware,whichisdealtwithinIEC61508-3(seeFigures2to4).Theserequirementsincludetheapplicationoftechniquesandmeasuresthataregradedagainstthesafetyintegritylevel,fortheavoidanceof,andcontrolof,faultsandfailures;f)specifiestheinformationnecessaryforcarryingouttheinstallation,commissioningandfinalsafetyvalidationoftheE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems;g)doesnotapplytotheoperationandmaintenancephaseoftheE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems–thisisdealtwithinIEC61508-1–however,IEC61508-2doesproviderequirementsforthepreparationofinformationandproceduresneededbytheuserfortheoperationandmaintenanceoftheE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems;h)specifiesrequirementstobemetbytheorganisationcarryingoutanymodificationoftheE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems;

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsrelatingtothematerials,construction,performance,packagingandlabellingofsootherholders(seeB.1).Itincludestestmethodsforthemechanicalandchemicalrequirementsspecified.AllproductsthatareintendedtoconnectasootherforbabiesandyoungchildrenwithanyotherproductareincludedinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtoprovidesafetyrequirementsforsootherholderswhicharegenerallycomprisedofastrapwiththeholderatoneendwhichretainsthesootherwhilsttheotherendhasaclaspthatattachestothechild’sgarment.WhereasootherholderhasbeenclassifiedasatoyorconsideredtohavesignificantplayvaluethenthesootherholderwillhavetomeettheessentialsafetyrequirementsfortoysasstatedintheToyDirective(88/378/EEC)inadditiontothoseinthisEuropeanStandard.Theadditionofdecorationsorprovidinganimalshapedfastenersshouldnotautomaticallymakethesootherholderatoy;howevertheadditionofatoycomponenttothesootherholderwillrequirethatboththesootherholderandthetoymeettheessentialsafetyrequirementsasstatedintheToyDirective.WherethereisdoubtconcerningclassificationofasootherholderasatoythenadviceshouldbesoughtfromanEUToyNotifiedBodyortheMemberState’sCompetentAuthorityfortoys(seeB.2).
