【摘要】:On-lineanalyzersareusedtoprovidequalitydataonlotsofcoal.Theresultingqualitydataareusedasaproductiontoolorforsomecontractualapplication.Thisguideprovidesmeansofevaluatingthesystemanddataproduced.Theusershouldbecomefamiliarwiththedocumentrsquo;terminologyandlayout.Thesectionontestdesignanddatacollectionwillprovidethemeansbywhichalltheanalysisdatawillbegathered.Thetestdesignshouldbecarefullyconsideredsoastoassuremeetingtheuserrsquo;requirements.Theproceduresdefinedinthisguidecanbeusedtotesttheaccuracyandprecisionofanon-lineanalyzer,foracceptanceafteritsinstallation,tocheckprecisionandaccuracyduringroutineuse(qualitycontrol),whenchangesaremadetothesystem,whenthenatureofthecoalbeingtestedchanges,andtodeterminemathematicalfactorstobeusedforcalibrationoftheon-lineanalyzer.1.1Thisguideprovidestechniquestobeusedfortheevaluationofthemeasurementperformanceofon-linecoalanalyzers.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
