【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheShortMessageService(SMS)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).ThisserviceisbasedonGSM03.40.TheServiceCentrefunctionalitydescribedinthisInternationalStandardisequaltothefunctionalityofaServiceCentreinGSM03.40.Thus,forinteroperabilitywithaGSMnetwork,itisonlynecessarytoimplementaQSIGinterface.NOTE1-Theinterworkingwithotherairinterfacesisnotprecluded,butisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.NOTE2-TheShortMessageServiceisaspecialtypeofbasicservicebutisdescribedinthepresentdocumentasasupplementaryservice.TheShortMessageServiceisaservicewhichpermitsaservedusertosendamessageoflimitedsizetoanotheruserinthesamePISNoranothernetwork.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC21989.ThesignallingprotocolforSMSoperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolfortheconnectionorientedcallindependentAPDUtransportmechanismandusescertainfurtheraspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenSMSandsupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPISN.
