适用范围
本规范规定了防静电活动地板(以下简称活动地板)的定义、组成与结构、分类与命名、要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、标志包装、运输和储存。本规范适用于需铺设高架活动地板且有防静电要求的机房及有关常谝活动地板铺设在房屋建筑地面上作安装设备、设备的走线及空调风库等用。其他类似房间需用的活动地板亦可参照本规范执行。

【摘要】:Precrackedspecimensoffertheopportunitytousetheprinciplesoflinearelasticfracturemechanics(1)3toevaluateresistancetostresscorrosioncrackinginthepresenceofapre-existingcrack.Thistypeofevaluationisnotincludedinconventionalbentbeam,C-ring,U-bend,andtensionspecimens.Theprecrackeddoublebeamspecimenisparticularlyusefulforevaluationofmaterialsthatdisplayastrongdependenceongrainorientation.Sincethespecimendimensioninthedirectionofappliedstressissmallfortheprecrackeddoublebeamspecimen,itcanbesuccessfullyusedtoevaluateshorttransversestresscorrosioncrackingofwroughtproducts,suchasrolledplateorextrusions.Theresearchapplicationsandanalysisofprecrackedspecimensingeneral,andtheprecrackeddoublebeamspecimeninparticular,arediscussedinAppendixX1.Theprecrackeddoublebeamspecimenmaybestressedineitherconstantdisplacementorconstantload.Constantdisplacementspecimensstressedbyloadingboltsorwedgesarecompactandself-contained.Bycomparison,constantloadspecimensstressedwithsprings(forexample,proofrings,discussedinTestMethodG49,7.2.1.2)orbydeadweightloadingrequireadditionalfixturesthatremainwiththespecimenduringexposure.Therecommendationsofthispracticearebasedontheresultsofinterlaboratoryprogramstoevaluateprecrackedspecimentestprocedures(2,3)aswellasconsiderableindustrialexperiencewiththeprecrackeddoublebeamspecimenandotherprecrackedspecimengeometries(4-8).1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforfabricating,preparing,andusingprecrackeddoublebeamstresscorrosiontestspecimens.Thisspecimenconfigurationwasformerlydesignatedthedoublecantileverbeam(DCB)specimen.Guidelinesaregivenformethodsofexposureandinspection.1.2Theprecrackeddoublebeamspecimen,asdescribedinthispractice,isapplicableforevaluationofawidevarietyofmetalsexposedtocorrosiveenvironments.Itisparticularlysuitedtoevaluationofproductshavingahighlydirectionalgrainstructure,suchasrolledplate,forgings,andextrusions,whenstressedintheshorttransversedirection.1.3Theprecrackeddoublebeamspecimenmaybestressedinconstantdisplacementbyboltorwedgeloadingorinconstantloadbyuseofproofringsordeadweightloading.Theprecrackeddoublebeamspecimenisamenabletoexposuretoaqueousorotherliquidsolutionsbyspecimenimmersionorbyperiodicdropwiseadditionofsolutiontothecracktip,orexposuretotheatmosphere.1.4Thispracticeisconcernedonlywithprecrackeddoublebeamspecimenandnotwiththedetailedenvironmentalaspectsofstresscorrosiontesting,whicharecoveredinPracticesG35,G36,G37,G41,G44,andG50.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
