【摘要】:ThispartofISO10845establishesakeyperformanceindicator,intheformofacontractparticipationgoal(CPG),relatingtotheengagementoftargetedenterprisesonacontractfortheprovisionofgoods,servicesorengineeringandconstructionworks.ACPGmaybeusedtomeasuretheoutcomesofacontractinrelationtotheengagementoftargetedenterprisesortoestablishatargetlevelofperformanceforthecontractortoachieveorexceedintheperformanceofacontract.ThispartofISO10845setsoutthemethodsbywhichthekeyperformanceindicatorismeasured,quantifiedandverifiedintheperformanceofthecontractwithrespecttotwodifferenttargetingstrategies:targetingstrategyAandtargetingstrategyB(definedinClause2).NOTEAnnexAcontainsacommentaryontheclausesinthispartofISO10845.AnnexBprovidesguidanceonhowtodevelopthetargetingdataforaprocurementdocumentusingthispartofISO10845.
